The Phonix wants to keep every show as entertaining as possible for all our fans. We play tons of great R&B, Soul, Funk and Motown classics and are always looking for more, but there is no way our tiny little ears can hear every song on the planet.

I played drums when they used unborn calf skins (im a relic)..loved the 60′s R&B..a couple of tunes I haven’t heard forever..do you play 1) I’m your puppet / James and Bobby Purify..
2) Walkin the dog / Rufus Thomas and an added bonus..if you do instrumentals….Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf / JimmySmith… will be at the Backstage next Thursday…looking forward to it…
