I played drums when they used unborn calf skins (im a relic)..loved the 60′s R&B..a couple of tunes I haven’t heard forever..do you play 1) I’m your puppet / James and Bobby Purify..
2) Walkin the dog / Rufus Thomas and an added bonus..if you do instrumentals….Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf / JimmySmith… will be at the Backstage next Thursday…looking forward to it…

Hey guys, I was able to make my way to your last show at the Back Stage lounge on Thursday and had a blast. I am currently working on a zeen Called ‘The Weekend’ which features weekly events and shows with feed back on bands, groups and musicians as well as what people can look forward to checking out for the up coming weekend. I will be distributing these zeens on my school campus as well as around the city of vancouver and back home to friends in Toronto where I am from and would like to do a short article about your performance, which brings me to this message. Unfortunately I was unprepared for the show and did not have my camera equipment. I would really like to get a band photo sometime in the next few days for the zeen so if you could email me back at tmontgomery2010@hotmail.com with some contact information to set something up that would be awesome. I will include your bands website in the article as well as advertise your perpetual show at the the Back Stage Lounge each Thursday and any other shows you would like me to include.

I really believe that a home foreclosure can have a major effect on the client’s life. Mortgage foreclosures can have a 6 to several years negative effects on a debtor’s credit report. Any borrower that has applied for a mortgage or any kind of loans even, knows that the actual worse credit rating is actually, the more difficult it is for any decent financial loan. In addition, it might affect a new borrower’s ability to find a decent place to let or rent, if that gets to be the alternative property solution. Good blog post.

i wish my back yard….bbq burgers, steak, potatoe salad, deep fried french fries….maybe deep fried halibut with refreshments and of course a keg of lager beer. on a sunday afternoon close to my bday17th of July perhaps How much would that co$t?

That’s some sage wisdom. Renting is just money leaving your pocket and going into your landlord’s pocket. One perspective I like to tell people is… If you buy a $300,000 home, have a 25 year mortgage, then after 25 years you’ll have at least $300,000. You’ll have no more mortgage and an asset that you can probably sell for $500,000 or $600,000 in 25 years.
There are many ways to achieve home ownership, even if you need time to build your credit or if you don’t have enough down payment yet. Rent to Own and seller financing can help out.
